Lincat Opus 800 Six Burner Gas Boiling Top, Propane, Model- OG8004/P

The Lincat OG8004/P Opus 800 is a powerful heavy-duty six-burner propane gas boiling top, designed for busy commercial kitchens requiring high cooking output, durability and excellent heat control.

Six powerful dual-concentric burners provide an impressive 40.8kW total heat input, delivering focused heat distribution and excellent control from rapid boiling through to gentle simmering. Individual heavy-duty cast-iron pan supports provide a strong and stable cooking surface, built to withstand the demands of intensive everyday commercial use.

At 900mm wide, the OG8004/P provides substantial cooking capacity and is ideal for larger restaurants, pubs, hotels, schools, care homes and other high-output catering environments. The low rear flue helps maximise the usable hob area, while flame-failure protection provides additional safety.

Part of Lincat's modular Opus 800 series, the OG8004/P can be installed as a countertop appliance or paired with a compatible Lincat stand or pedestal to create a full-height freestanding unit.

For freestanding installation, the following compatible Lincat bases are available separately:
