Lincat OE8112/OP Opus 800 Electric Fryer with Pumped Oil Filtration – 15 Litre, 12kW

The Lincat OE8112/OP is a compact, heavy-duty electric fryer from the professional Opus 800 range, combining powerful 12kW frying performance with Lincat’s integral pumped oil filtration system – all within a space-saving 300mm wide footprint.

Designed for busy pubs, restaurants, cafés, takeaways and other professional kitchens, the OE8112/OP is capable of producing up to 32kg of frozen chips or 42kg of chilled chips per hour despite its particularly compact size.

The integral two-stage pumped filtration system makes regular oil filtration significantly quicker and easier. Cooking oil can be filtered while hot and pumped directly back into the fryer, reducing staff time and minimising the need to manually handle hot oil.

Lincat states that its two-stage filtration can extend cooking oil life by up to 75%, potentially delivering significant ongoing savings in replacement oil and waste-oil disposal costs.

Why Choose Pumped Filtration?

* Extend Oil Life – Lincat states its two-stage filtration system can extend cooking oil life by up to 75%
* Reduce Oil Costs – Longer oil life can significantly reduce expenditure on replacement cooking oil
* Reduce Disposal Costs – Less frequently replaced oil means less waste oil requiring disposal
* Save Staff Time – Integral pumped filtration is considerably quicker and easier than manual filtration
* Reduced Hot-Oil Handling – Minimises the need for staff to manually transfer hot cooking oil
* Filter While Hot – Oil can be filtered during or after service while still hot
* Fast Turnaround – The fryer can be ready for use again in under five minutes
* Cleaner Oil – Regular filtration removes food particles and debris which contribute to oil deterioration
* Encourage Regular Filtration – Built-in filtration makes frequent filtering easier to incorporate into everyday kitchen routines
* Long-Term Savings – Reduced oil consumption can help offset the additional initial cost of the pumped model

Non-Pumped Version Also Available -

The OE8112 is available in both pumped and non-pumped configurations:

* OE8112 – Non-Pumped Version
The standard version provides the same compact 300mm footprint and powerful 12kW frying performance without integral pumped filtration. It offers a considerably lower initial purchase price and is ideal where built-in filtration isn't required or the kitchen already uses a separate method of filtering its cooking oil.

* OE8112/OP – Pumped Filtration Version
The model featured on this page adds Lincat’s integral two-stage pumped oil filtration system. For kitchens using their fryer regularly, the potential to extend oil life by up to 75%, combined with quicker filtration, reduced staff time and less manual handling of hot oil, can make the additional investment particularly worthwhile.
