Lincat OE8105/OP2 Opus 800 Twin Tank Electric Fryer – Separate Pumped Filtration – 14kW
The Lincat OE8105/OP2 is the premium filtration version of Lincat’s compact 400mm Opus 800 twin-tank electric fryer, combining two independent frying tanks with two separate pumped oil filtration systems.
Unlike the OE8105/OP, which uses a shared filtration system, the OE8105/OP2 allows each tank to be filtered independently. This keeps the oil from each tank completely separate during filtration – particularly useful for kitchens cooking different foods, using different oils or needing to minimise cross-contamination between the two frying tanks.
Despite its compact 400mm width, the OE8105/OP2 delivers a powerful 14kW output and is capable of producing up to 40kg of frozen chips or 56.2kg of chilled chips per hour.
The integral two-stage pumped filtration systems make regular oil filtration considerably quicker and easier. Oil can be filtered while hot and pumped back into the fryer, reducing staff time and the need to manually handle hot cooking oil. Lincat states that regular filtration can extend cooking oil life by up to 75%, potentially delivering significant ongoing savings in replacement oil and disposal costs.
Why Choose Separate Pumped Filtration?
* Two Independent Filtration Systems – Each frying tank has its own pumped filtration system
* Keep Oils Separate – Oil from one tank does not need to pass through the filtration system used by the other tank
* Reduce Cross-Contamination – Particularly useful when cooking different types of food in each tank
* Greater Menu Flexibility – Different cooking oils can be maintained separately
* Extend Oil Life – Lincat states its two-stage filtration can extend cooking oil life by up to 75%
* Reduce Oil Costs – Longer oil life can significantly reduce expenditure on replacement cooking oil
* Reduce Disposal Costs – Less frequently replaced oil means less waste oil requiring disposal
* Save Staff Time – Integral pumped filtration is considerably quicker and easier than manual filtration
* Reduced Hot-Oil Handling – Minimises the need for staff to manually transfer hot cooking oil
* Filter While Hot – Oil can be filtered during or after service while still hot
* Fast Turnaround – The fryer can be ready for use again in under five minutes
* Cleaner Oil – Regular filtration removes food debris and particles which contribute to oil deterioration
* Long-Term Savings – Reduced oil consumption can help offset the additional initial cost of the OP2 model

Non-Pumped & Shared Filtration Versions Also Available -
The OE8105 twin-tank fryer is available in three configurations:
* OE8105 – Non-Pumped Version
The standard and lowest-cost version, providing the same powerful 14kW twin-tank frying performance without integral pumped filtration. Ideal where built-in filtration isn't required or a separate oil filtration method is already used.
* OE8105/OP – Shared Pumped Filtration
Adds Lincat’s integral two-stage pumped filtration with a shared filtration system serving both frying tanks. This provides the convenience and oil-saving benefits of pumped filtration at a lower purchase price than the OP2.
* OE8105/OP2 – Separate Tank Pumped Filtration
The model featured on this page and the premium filtration option. Two independent pumped filtration systems allow each frying tank to be filtered separately, keeping the two oil supplies independent.
For kitchens regularly cooking different products in each tank, the OE8105/OP2 offers the greatest flexibility while retaining all the potential cost, labour and oil-life benefits of Lincat’s pumped filtration system.
