The Lincat OE8021 Opus 800 is a powerful four-zone commercial induction hob designed to provide fast, responsive and energy-efficient cooking in demanding professional kitchens.

At 800mm wide, the OE8021 provides four independently controlled induction zones, each delivering 3.8kW, giving a total electrical load of 15.2kW. It offers the capacity of a four-zone induction hob while requiring considerably less power than the higher-output 21.2kW OE8019.

Induction technology transfers energy directly into compatible cookware, providing rapid heat-up and responsive control while reducing unnecessary heat around the cooking area. Automatic pan detection cuts power when a suitable pan is removed, helping reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

The robust stainless steel construction and tough glass-ceramic cooking surface are designed for demanding commercial use, while multiple internal cooling fans and built-in overheat protection help maintain reliable performance during busy service.

The OE8021 can be installed directly onto a suitable countertop or combined with one of the compatible Lincat Opus 800 stands or pedestals listed below. Stands and pedestals are sold separately and are not included with the OE8021.
