The Lincat OE8012 Opus 800 is a powerful heavy-duty four-plate electric boiling top, designed for busy commercial kitchens requiring fast, dependable cooking performance and robust British-made construction.

Four powerful 2.6kW square cast-iron hotplates provide fast, responsive heat and a total cooking output of 10.4kW. The fully pressed and sealed hob makes everyday cleaning easier, making the OE8012 particularly well suited to restaurants, pubs, school canteens, care homes, hospitals and other demanding professional catering environments.

At 600mm wide, the OE8012 provides substantial cooking capacity from a relatively compact footprint. As part of Lincat's modular Opus 800 range, it can be used as a countertop appliance or paired with a compatible floor stand or enclosed pedestal to create a full-height freestanding installation.
