The Lincat OE8010 Opus 800 is a heavy-duty four-hotplate electric oven range, designed for demanding commercial kitchens. Combining four powerful 2.6kW square cast-iron hotplates with a large fan-assisted oven, it provides a compact but high-output cooking solution for busy restaurants, pubs, schools, care homes and other professional catering environments.

At just 600mm wide, the OE8010 provides substantial cooking capacity without taking up excessive kitchen space. The fully pressed and sealed hob makes cleaning easier, while the heavy-duty cast-iron hotplates provide fast, responsive heat. Below, the 4kW fan-assisted oven offers capacity for up to 3 x GN 1/1 containers.
