The British-made Lincat Opus 800 OD8007/N is a powerful heavy-duty dual fuel oven range, combining the responsive control of six natural gas burners with the consistent cooking performance of a large twin-fan electric oven.

Designed for demanding, high-output commercial kitchens, the OD8007/N features six powerful 7.5kW dual-concentric gas burners. These provide focused heat distribution and excellent control from a low simmer through to rapid boiling, while individual heavy-duty cast iron pan supports are designed to withstand intensive everyday use.

Below, the powerful 6kW twin-fan assisted electric oven provides even cooking results and an impressive 6 x 1/1 GN capacity, allowing multiple dishes to be cooked simultaneously. This makes the OD8007/N particularly well suited to busy restaurants, large pubs, hotels, schools, care homes and other high-volume catering operations.

The electric oven can operate from either a suitable 230V single-phase or 400V three-phase supply, although professional hardwired installation is required.
