The British-made Lincat Opus 800 OD8006/P is a heavy-duty dual fuel oven range combining the responsive heat and control of powerful propane gas burners with the consistent cooking performance of a fan-assisted electric oven.

Designed for demanding commercial kitchens, the OD8006/P features four powerful 7.5kW dual-concentric propane burners, providing excellent heat control from a low simmer through to rapid boiling. Each burner has its own heavy-duty cast iron pan support, while the low-profile flue allows maximum use of the hob surface.

Below, the powerful 4kW fan-assisted electric oven provides even heat distribution and a large 3 x 1/1 GN capacity, making it ideal for high-volume cooking. The combination of an LPG hob and electric oven makes this model particularly useful for commercial kitchens where propane is the preferred or available gas supply.
