The British-made Lincat Opus 800 OD8006/N is a heavy-duty dual fuel oven range combining the instant, responsive heat of powerful natural gas burners with the consistent cooking performance of a fan-assisted electric oven.

Designed for demanding commercial kitchens, the OD8006/N features four powerful 7.5kW dual-concentric gas burners, each with an individual heavy-duty cast iron pan support. The burners provide excellent control from a low simmer through to rapid boiling, while the low-profile flue maximises the usable hob area.

Below, the large 4kW fan-assisted electric oven provides even heat distribution and has capacity for 3 x 1/1 GN containers. This combination of gas hob and electric oven makes the OD8006/N particularly well suited to busy restaurants, pubs, hotels, schools, care homes and other high-output professional kitchens.
