The Lincat LBR2 Lynx 400 Electric Twin Plate Boiling Top is a compact and hard-wearing countertop cooking solution, ideal for commercial kitchens as well as buffet and mobile catering applications. Its twin hotplates provide a practical way to boil, simmer and cook multiple dishes while taking up relatively little counter space.

The LBR2 features 2 × 1.5kW hotplates, providing 3kW total power, with variable heat control for straightforward and accurate cooking. Automatic power reduction activates if a pan boils dry or is removed, helping to prolong the life of the hotplates.

Fully pressed and sealed hob tops make the unit easy to clean and maintain, while its single-phase electrical supply and plug-and-play design mean no professional installation is required.

This new item ships with a 24-month parts-and-labour warranty from the date of delivery. Any component that fails under normal commercial use within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you, including the engineer's labour and call-out.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes consumables, glass, seals, lamps, customer-fault damage, and faults caused by incorrect installation or inadequate cleaning. Servicing must be carried out by an approved engineer to keep the warranty valid.
