The 6" blade is extremely sharp and flexible whilst maintaining its robust nature. This makes it considerably easier to cut fish precisely with the excellent control acquired. Constructed from a high quality stainless steel material, the knife's blade is both durable and easy to clean - saving you money on replacement costs and time on cleaning tasks.
The ergonomically crafted handle helps to prevent any accidental injuries by utilising a small hand guard. Further to this, the handle is coloured blue to help prevent the risk of cross-contamination which can cause injury and illness.
