This colour-coded boning knife from Hygiplas is the perfect addition to your meat-cutting preparation tasks. The knife is made with a stiff blade and ultra-sharp edge that allows you to accurately cut through raw meat, whilst allowing for easy removal from bones.
The Hygiplas boning knife features a soft-grip, nylon handle that provides excellent grip when dry or wet, as well as an ergonomic design that sits comfortably within the hand - reducing the risk of injury, aches or pains. Made from stainless steel, the blade is highly durable over many uses and allows for easy cleaning after use. The handle is colour-coded red which identifies it as being suitable for cutting raw meat, helping prevent cross contamination..
