Featuring a sharp edge and black nylon handle, the tomato knife from Hygiplas is perfectly designed to slice through tomatoes whilst keeping your hands comfortable and safe. The knife features a razor sharp serrated edge that grips and slices through tomatoes without squashing or unwanted tearing, reducing food waste and mess.
The blade is designed with a blunt tip which makes bar prep safer, especially for less experienced staff working under dim lighting. And thanks to the strong stainless steel construction, the Hygiplas knife is highly durable and easy to clean - perfect for saving time at the end of a busy shift.
