The Hamoki DF-10L-2 is a powerful, heavy-duty commercial twin tank electric fryer, ideal for busy takeaways, fish and chip shops, pubs and restaurants. Featuring two independently controlled 10-litre frying tanks and a total heating output of 12kW, this freestanding stainless steel fryer delivers rapid heat recovery and consistent cooking results. The separate tanks allow different foods to be fried simultaneously without transferring flavours, or just one tank to be operated during quieter periods.

IMPORTANT – ELECTRICAL CONNECTION: This fryer requires TWO separate 26 AMP SINGLE-PHASE HARDWIRED CONNECTIONS (2 x 6kW). It cannot operate from standard 13A plugs and must be installed by a suitably qualified electrician.
