Delivery

We deliver across the whole of the UK mainland. Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your location. Most items are delivered within 5–10 working days. Large or heavy equipment may require a tail-lift vehicle or pallet delivery.

Returns

14-day returns policy for faults on used equipment. We'll accept a return of a faulty item within 14 days of delivery/collection, at the buyer's cost and in the same condition as sold.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item

Warranty

New equipment comes with a manufacturer warranty. Used equipment is sold with a 3-month parts warranty unless otherwise stated. Extended warranties may be available — ask our team for details.
