14 DAY RETURNS POLICY- In the un-likely event of a faulty item we will accept the return of the item for a refund within 14 days from the date of sale (returned at the buyers cost and in the same condition as sold). All appliances must be installed by a qualified catering engineer.
VAT — Second-hand Margin Scheme
This item is sold under HMRC’s second-hand margin scheme. Under this scheme VAT is calculated only on the dealer’s margin (the difference between the buying and selling price), not on the full sale price.
As a result the price you see is the price you pay — VAT cannot be shown separately on the invoice and is not reclaimable by a VAT-registered buyer. Inc-VAT and Ex-VAT prices are therefore displayed as the same number for second-hand items.

Delivery
We deliver across the whole of the UK mainland. Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your location. Most items are delivered within 5–10 working days. Large or heavy equipment may require a tail-lift vehicle or pallet delivery.

Returns
14-day returns policy for faults on used equipment. We'll accept a return of a faulty item within 14 days of delivery/collection, at the buyer's cost and in the same condition as sold.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item

Used — 14-day returns
This used item is sold with a 14-day returns policy for faults. If a fault is identified within 14 days of delivery or collection, contact us and we will arrange a return for a full refund. Returns are at the buyer's cost and the item must come back in the same condition as sold. The 14-day window does not apply to change-of-mind returns on used equipment.
The item has been tested and is in working order at the point of dispatch. Beyond the 14-day window, no warranty on parts or labour is provided — used catering equipment is sold without an extended manufacturer guarantee.
A Gas Safe or qualified electrical engineer is required for installation and commissioning, especially for gas, three-phase, and water-connected items. Per manufacturer warranty policies, your warranty may be cancelled unless an installation report can be provided.
